I must apologize

I have once again lost interest in developing this blog. I just wish to spend more time on what I actually like. I just don't see any point in this blog at the moment since there are just waaaay too many sites-blogs which also share free ebooks.
You have just got to know from where to look for them.

But if you like then you can check out my new blog - something that I will truly enjoy developing - from here:

The Business Case for RSS by Rok Hrastnik

E-mail marketing and publishing, search engine marketing and optimization, business blogging, internet advertising, digital public relations, branding, e-commerce and others … all key elements of a strong marketing mix. And yet each of these is often regarded nearly as a separate entity, being driven by different corporate roles and having its own proprietary set of internet tools. True, there are some tools being used for multiple purposes, but never before has there been a single tool to improve, enhance and power all of them, without prejudice. But RSS is such a tool. Misunderstood by most marketers, overlooked by many end-users, it has the potential to power the entire internet marketing mix. It is not the solution to all of our problems, but it is the one tool that can have the most profound affect on our internet marketing and business results in 2005 and beyond. The purpose of this report is to demonstrate just how RSS can help you improve your bottom-line and show you how to integrate it within all of your internet marketing and publishing activities. It aims to be the showcase of what you can do with RSS and to show you without dispute that there is in fact a strong business case behind the mystified word you’ve been hearing lately. Learn to use it and learn to take advantage of it. Now, when most other marketers still isunderstand it and do not see clearly how they can benefit from it, is your opportunity.
To your success!

Create RSS Feed by Arun Agrawal

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. Some people claim it is Rich Site
Syndication.
This is a simple system by which you provide indexed information about some content
that you have, in a structured manner. It is up to the user to use this information in any way that he wants. You can syndicate your articles, newsletters, press releases or any other information that is published frequently.
The user may see the index in a suitable viewer called RSS aggregator or reader, display the contents on a web page, or use it in any other way he thinks fit.
There are 2 main components of a RSS feed.
1.The channel information (one per feed) The item information (many per feed)
Example – You may create a RSS feed about all articles on your web site.
2.Then the channel will contain information about the feed (“Read articles on various subjects”), the location (web site address or URL) and a short description.
There will be multiple items in the RSS Feed. Each item will have information about one article (the title, author, category, short description and the URL where the article may be found).
As you will see for yourself, RSS is really simple :)

RSS Publishing Made Easy

RSS is a tool used by increasing numbers of online marketers and publishers as both a delivery system and/or as way of syndicating ther own content and/or adding other people's content to their sites easily and quickly.
Let me repeat the important part of that: RSS is a tool. However, it is a multi-purpose, mutl-faceted tool. As with any tool, what matters is not how the tool itself works, its technical aspects, but rather how do you use it, its operational aspects. You do not have to understand the inner workings of a car's motor in order to drive it, You only need to know how to properly operate the car. The same is true of RSS. RSS is the motor for various marketing and publishing systems, some more sophisticated than others. We will look at some of those systems later on in this ebook, including the one we recommend and use ourselves.

Killer Flagship Content by Chris Garrett

What is Flagship Content?

It is an effective way of creating a powerful blog property using a core of content that you build around. The post, series or "message" is added to and referred to repeatedly over time, increasing the original value and relevance and also keeping it fresh. While the main benefit is branding and educational value, there are other benefits I will describe later.
"... flagship has crossed over into common parlance, where it means the most
important or leading member of a group. It has also come to be an adjective
describing the most prominent or highly touted product, location, or service
among those offered by a company." -- Wikipedia

You might be wondering what I am getting at, after all many blogs do quite nicely without any of these things. BoingBoing for one example? Well my theory is not every blog needs anchor content but all blogs could benefit. If you are launching a new blog you should definitely consider creating Flagship Content as a priority.

Marketing With Blogs by Brandon Hong

Do you know that there is a marketing revolution happening online this very
moment?
Before that, let's go back in time and take a look at the major revolution or
'waves' that has occured when the Internet became a business or
marketplace.
First there was the Search Engine revolution, with Alta Vista, Yahoo and now Google coming onto the scene and with webmasters busy tweaking their
pages for high ranking on these search engines, which means more traffic.
Then there was the email marketing revolution, when people discovered the
use of email as a means for follow up selling and is still being widely used
today.
Finally, there was the affiliate marketing wave, popularised perhaps by
Amazon, and with most businesses following using this model to distribute
and sell their products.
And today, we have blogs and rss feeds being used as a new form of
marketing for businesses. Blogs appeared few years back, and in a way was
similar to a forum, except that with blogs, you call the shots and can write
and talk about anything under the Sun.

How to Get Massive Traffic to Your Blog

Content is king. If you have been in the
Internet marketing scene for any period of
time you would have heard this saying day in
and day out. Every Internet marketing manual
has this as it's mantra and rightly so.
One of the biggest problems people have when
blogging has nothing to do with the lack of
traffic coming to their site. It's a symptom
of something more sinister. Bad content.
Even worse then poorly written original
content is content that is not original at
all. This is the death bell for all blogs
that want to be taken seriously.
You HAVE to have unique content. It is the
lifeblood of blogging. Every other blog is
lacking in original content, you have to be
different.
Pay someone to write it if you have to.

Getting Your Blog Seen by Derek Pryde

This ebook focuses primarily on helping people to find your blog and on convincing them to stop by to read what you have to offer. It outlines some powerful ways of creating blog traffic and should help any blog develop a readership. It is a guide to traffic generation. It does not discuss Adsense techniques or some other aspects of operating a profitable blog, so it should be of value to both those who are looking at blogging as an entrepreneurial pursuit and those who are more interested simply in sharing ideas with others. I hope you find it valuable and that you can find an audience for your blog.

Blogging Secrets by James Maduk

This book is not for passive readers!
If you don’t use this ebook, you will have wasted your investment. Reading
without participating is entertainment. In each section, I’m going to ask you to
“do something”. Simply reading and listening to this material without
participating in any of the “Action Step” exercises will not deliver the benefits
promised to you in my sales letter.
Blogging Secrets isn’t just about theory! I have a number of blogs that are
integral parts of my marketing strategy and by the time you read this there
might be considerably more.
If you and I were in a classroom together, you would be presented with the
information – the “how to” part and then I’d ask you to apply what you’ve just
learned. Even though I’m not with you today, I’d like you to do the same thing
but if you’d rather curl up with a nice, relaxing book…go buy the latest copy of
your favorite fiction author’s work! You won’t learn much about earning a ton
of money by creating, and broadcasting live web events, but at least you’ll
enjoy a relaxing time for a while.
This program is not meant to be technical; it’s meant to provide a step-by-
step, anyone can do it process…and show you how a small investment can build
your business.
“Blogging Secrets” won’t work until you begin doing the work. And I promise
that if you start Blogging and follow only a couple of the action items, you’ll
realize every benefit listed in my sales letter and a whole lot more.

Update

Hei!

Just wanted to keep you a little bit informed of what I am planning to do here.

For starters, I want to apologise for the missing download link of the first post. I have added it by now.
Also, the first 15 posts are all going to be about blogging. This lets me keep things organised on my computer and on Files-Upload.com.
And finally, please comment the physical appearance of my blog. If there is something that bothers the eye or if you would like me to add some features, just let me know. I read all comments :)

Just thought to let you know.
Cheers!

Getting Started with Blogging and Google Adsense by Joel Comm

This is for beginners only - if you are new to blogging and making money with AdSense and want a short and simple introduction to the topic Joel Comm, author of The AdSense Code, has made available a free e-book on the topic called Blogging and Google AdSense.

The book covers the major blogging system options - Blogger, WordPress and MovableType - and then goes through the best ways to implement the Google AdSense code for maximum return. You get a short and simple introduction on where the best locations to place AdSense code on a blog are and a discussion of a couple of the best WordPress plugins for managing AdSense.

Note if you already have studied AdSense or are an experienced AdSense blogger this information won’t be anything new to you, but if you are a beginner this is a quick study to get the basics covered. I actually learnt something too because I wasn’t familiar with the AdSense deluxe plugin for WordPress which looks like a pretty sweet tool for managing AdSense on a WordPress blog (I love plugins!).
